Payments are required on the day unless otherwise arranged through property manager.
We have a few payment options available
We accept cash on the day
Payments can we made via card;
Cheque or saving incurs 50 cent surcharge (Card must be present)
Credit card incurs a 3% surcharge (can be processed over the phone)
Bank transfers can be done but a payment confirmation receipt must be seen by us prior to leaving property
If payments are not made by customer or property manager Clear Out Vacating Services may need to forward the account to a collection agency to recover the funds on behalf of Clear Out Vacating Services. In the event that collection action is needed Clear Out Vacating Services will add a $50 admin collection fee and all fees and charges incurred by the collection agency will be added to the account and will be payable by the customer. Collection action will be made against whomever is listed as the customer name on the invoice.
